The Property is owned by Dallas Storage Conversion, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company which is a subsidiary of Inland Private Capital Corporation (the “Owner”). The Owner acquired the Property to develop a self-storage facility and has identified the Property as surplus property creating an opportunity to acquire a property in the heart of Dallas, Texas.

The Property is located on West Mockingbird Lane, one of the most recognized thoroughfares in Dallas and is positioned adjacent to Dallas Love Field Airport (Dallas Love Field Airport | Home) the busiest medium hub airport in the United States serving approximately 17.5 million passengers in 2023.  Dallas Love Field recently initiated a comprehensive airport study to plan for its future growth needs (Airport Development | Dallas Love Field Airport).
